John Howland has been in public service in our community for over 30 years and he has a proven record of protecting Henrietta residents from higher property taxes. John’s commitment to leadership during his career ranges from the oversight for the construction and maintenance of water lines, sidewalks and roads to serving on the Henrietta Town Board.

John has the qualifications and skills to organize, manage and maximize our local government resources. He has always been dedicated to our community and he hopes to continue serving Henrietta as a member of the Monroe County Legislature.  With your support, John will utilize his wide range of expertise to keep property taxes stable, help grow our economy by assisting local businesses in their efforts to create jobs, and provide Henrietta taxpayers with the quality representation they deserve.

John has never been shy about going after what is right and he is proud of his involvement among varying local organizations over the years. He is a strong and experienced leader who enjoys volunteering in the community and spending time with his grandchildren.
